The illiterate reality in the US is frightening, I must say. It's easier to control uneducated people. Now I understand why.

My home country used to run by a dictator for 35 years and the first thing he wanted to do is to make us uneducated. Because when we are educated, we realise that all his policies are wrong, that we were being controlled on what we read and watch, etc.

Hope the US people find a solution to reduce the illiterate percentage.
