So sorry that you have a bad experience living in a foreign country. I don't live in Germany, but I'm a migrant in Australia.
It is very important to learn the native language when you move to a foreign country. I have a friend who moved to France following her husband, in a small town far from Paris. And even though the people in that town can speak English, she couldn't get a job because she doesn't speak French.
It's the same thing here in Australia. Many Asian migrants who don't speak English ended up working in areas where they don't have to speak English. And a few are actually experiencing unfairness such as lower wages, because they don't understand the law, what they are entitled to and where to report if such unfairness arise.
German is not an easy language to learn, but I think like it or not, you have to learn it if you want to live there. Hope you will get there!
