Isn't that a common thing? Your home country has its ups and down. And when you go to another country to live, you see the good side of that host country. My home country is in Southeast Asia with its ups and down, and when I move to Australia, I love it! My husband (an Australian born) always complains about Australia and loving my home country!

I think it's because we never born there, so we always see things as an outsider, like a honeymoon phase. I know some westerners who are fed up with my home country after living with 2 different presidents for 2 decades.

Come to Australia! They need people here! Don't worry about the wildlife, they are okay if you don't bother them :)
